At PixieBlox, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you and your child to love our products as much as we do. That’s why we back every purchase with our 60-Day "Happy Child" Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we are here to make it right.

1. 60-Day Return Window

You have 60 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return or an exchange. If 60 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, please make sure that:

The items are packed securely with all their original parts, building blocks, and accessories included.

You have the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number is sufficient).

Note: We completely understand that the box might have been opened for your child to try out the blocks—our goal is simply to ensure all the blocks are safely accounted for when returned!

3. How to Initiate a Return

Returning your item is simple and straightforward:

Contact Us: Send an email to our support team at support@pixieblox.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Get Approval: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Ship It Back: Securely pack the item and ship it back to our designated return center following the provided instructions.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will process your refund immediately.

The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, PayPal, etc.).

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Did your order arrive damaged, or are any blocks missing? Don’t worry! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will ship out a fresh replacement set to you completely free of charge, with no need to return the damaged pieces.
