What locations do you ship to, and how much does it cost?

Lucky for you, we are currently offering 100% Free Standard Shipping on every single order! We know how exciting it is to get your hands on new Minecraft LEGO sets, so we cover the delivery costs for you—no minimum purchase required.

At Pixieblox, we focus our operations exclusively on North America, meaning we package and ship our orders for free to nearly every address across the United States and Canada. We package every set with the utmost care to ensure your bricks arrive in perfect condition, ready to build.

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible from our warehouses, utilizing the most reliable fulfillment networks available for your specific region.

Handling & Processing: We typically take 1 to 3 business days to pick, pack, and process your order before it leaves our facility.

Transit Time: Once dispatched, the typical delivery timeframe for our free shipping tier is 7 to 10 business days to reach your doorstep anywhere in the US and Canada.

Depending on your exact location and proximity to our logistics hubs, you might receive your items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy holiday seasons, as postal volume delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as geographic distance, severe weather events, natural disasters, or cross-border customs processing may cause further postal delays.

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Yes! Tracking information, including the specific carriers handling your package, is provided with every single order. Tracking numbers will be sent directly to your email as soon as we are able to ship your order, so you can watch your Minecraft LEGO set make its way to you.

Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's system to update with the live transit status. Sometimes, additional delays may arise that are beyond our control, such as sudden postal network bottlenecks or standard customs inspections at the border. What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

Every Pixieblox order is sent with fully insured shipping and handling to prevent lost packages and give you complete peace of mind. If your order happens to get held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we have your back!

While the postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse, because your package is insured, we will send you a replacement Minecraft LEGO set with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible. If your package does not arrive, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?

All prices on the Pixieblox webpage are displayed in USD, and we cover all initial logistics and standard delivery costs on our end. However, depending on your exact location (especially for cross-border shipments to Canada) and the local laws in your area, you may be liable to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties, and related customs clearance fees may be charged once your order arrives at its destination country, which are determined by your local customs office (such as the CBSA in Canada or CBP in the US). Due to strict international trade regulations, payment of these eventual charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Extended Delays

In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our stated 7 to 10 business day policy. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pixieblox.com with your order number. We will investigate the tracking status and do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over so you can start building as soon as possible.
